												Q: How exchange
discs info with other people or sync discs info between my
office PC, home PC and laptop?

A: In CD Storage Master, you
may use Export and Import function to exchange discs info
with other people or sync discs info between your office PC,
													home PC and laptop.

													For example: In the
storage of your home PC, there have 4 discs: "disc
														A", "disc B", "disc C" and
"disc D". But in the storage of your laptop, only
2 discs there: "disc A" and "disc B".
Now, you need sync discs between your home PC and laptop.

													Solution: You
could export "disc C" and "disc D" from
your home PC to a single file. Then, copy this file to your
laptop and import these 2 discs from exported file. Now,
both your home PC and laptop has 4 discs in the storage.

													Steps:

															From your home PC:

																Select "Storage"

"disc D" by check the checkbox before each

from other storage file ..." -> in popup
window, click "..." button to open file
selection window -> select the file which exported

select "disc C" and "disc D" by

																	button.

												Q: Why the speed of
CD or DVD catalog loading process is a little bit slow?

												A: Because of our
products support reading metadata from multi-type files. In
order to reading metadata from multi-type files, the program
will spend some time to analyze files and extract metadata
from files. If you want to make a quickly and simple CD and
DVD catalog, you can uncheck all 'Support files' at the
'Files supported' panel of 'Options' window. Thus, during
the CD catalog loading process, the program will only get
general information of files (file name, file size, create
date, modify date) to speed up the loading process.

												We high recommend
that DO NOT OPEN OTHER WINDOWS DURING THE DISCS LOADING
														PROCESS!

												Q: Why the program
temporary hang on when loading a CD or DVD catalog
														sometimes?

												A: Because of the
program is extracting information from a compressed archive
file. The process of extracting compressed files is a large
calculation work, it will cost quite a lot of CPU time, so
you will feel the computer temporary hang on sometimes. In
order to avoid such situation, you can turn off the
compressed files support function by uncheck all compressed
archive files and Self-Extract archive files at the
'Compressed Files' panel of 'Options' window. Thus, during
the CD catalog loading process, the program will look a
compressed file as a single file, and not extract
information from this file to avoid temporary hang on
situation when loading a CD or DVD catalog.

												We high recommend
that DO NOT OPEN OTHER WINDOWS DURING THE DISCS LOADING
														PROCESS!
